Site Evaluation
Excellence in design begins with a solid foundation. The first critical step in the process of designing a network infrastructure suited to each clients unique needs is a site evaluation. The evaluation begins with a review of the existing network environment to determine solutions that will support the existing infrastructure. Our on-site evaluation helps us identify potential sources of interference, coverage, and equipment required to meet the desired functionality. The evaluation includes a review of the existing network environment (if any) to determine suitability to support or coexist with the proposed network.
Infrastructure Design
On-site engineers and technicians work together to procure, provision, and install a robust infrastructure. Our objective is to design a (wired and/or wireless) network suited for a specific site that will provide appropriate coverage, capacity and quality of service at agreed levels. Excellence in design begins with a solid foundation. Our design pillars are redundancy, flexibility and scalability. In the event management industry this translates to a service oriented, flawless network infrastructure.
Event Management Support
The general objective is to design a (wired and/or wireless) network suited for a specific site that will provide appropriate coverage, capacity and quality of service at agreed levels. We design, deploy and support internet access for areas designated as critical (box office, registration, press box, members lounge, VIP, meeting rooms, etc.) with a network suited for the specific site, to deliver pre-determined performance levels, area coverage, capacity and quality of service. Our team remains on site for the duration of the show to ensure uninterrupted service.
We provide event production staff a support and systems management for the duration of the event including systems monitoring of devices within the network and immediate response to service related issues.

The efficiency of the network and system architecture resides on our strong commitment to effective implementation. Multiple layers align to unlock the full connectivity potential. Components on each design layer are thoroughly vetted, field tested and proven. This transcends the physical layer to higher level components.
Exhibitor Engagement
Exhibitor satisfaction is an important part of the equation. Our services include full engagement with exhibitors to ensure a seamless experience. This extends from pre-show production through tear down allowing show production to focus on executing a premier event. This service includes:

Security/ Video Surveillance
Security at temporary venues is challenging. 12M maintains an inventory of state of the art security cameras available for purchase or rent. In addition to supplying equipment, we work hand-in-hand with the designated security crew to determine optimal camera placement and functionality. We will configure, mount and, tear down all camera equipment whether it is leased or owned by event production. Depending on the nature of the venue, WiFi signals are often subject to interference resulting in interrupted camera feed. If the nature of the venue is as such, each camera will have a dedicated hardwired data connection. We work hand in hand with Navarro Consulting Group, a premier partner in providing cost effective, efficient and professional security services.
Public Address System
PA systems are an important component to any event to provide emergency notifications and announcements. A Public Address System is a centralized system consists of loudspeakers, amplifiers, microphones, and audio switching matrixes used to broadcast alarms and provide voice paging to multiple or single areas of a site using loudspeakers. The site can be separated into zones or areas to enable the ability to specify which areas will receive voice or alarm notifications. Our services include staging, configuring, deployment and support of high power horn speakers and accessories.
